Piceance Well Service took delivery of their first workover rig in November of 2007. David Reed, president, started in the well servicing
business at age 13, when his dad, founder of Monument Well Service, handed him a broom and ordered him to sweep up the shop. Fifteen years
later, after working in every facet of the well servicing industry, he was appointed president of MWS and then went
on to form his own company, Piceance Well Service, Inc. Having spent a lifetime building a solid reputation in Western
Colorado, he wants to continue the reputation of quality, dependable service. Piceance Well Service offers
customers workover rig services ranging from well completions to modification, repairs, and maintenance, to end of life plug
and abandon.
